Paris, France – April 9, 2025 – AMEXIO Group, a leading player in digital transformation, is pleased to announce the acquisition of XENIT, a Belgian IT services company specialized in ECM solution integration and software development.
This strategic move marks a significant step in AMEXIO’s international expansion and confirms its ambition to strengthen its position in the software market.
Founded in 2007, XENIT is the leading integrator of Alfresco (Hyland) solutions in Belgium (Flanders) and ranks among Hyland’s top 10 global partners. As a software vendor as well, XENIT supports numerous international clients in enterprise content management. This acquisition allows AMEXIO to expand its software portfolio, reinforce its European presence, and unlock new growth opportunities in Belgium, the UK, and the United States.
The acquisition aligns perfectly with AMEXIO’s strategy to move up the value chain by accelerating its development as a high-value software publisher and hosting provider. With 50% of XENIT’s revenue generated from software and managed services (SaaS), AMEXIO is speeding up the execution of its strategic goal: to generate one-third of its revenue from software and hosting by 2026.

Strengthened Teams and Expertise Beyond software synergies, the acquisition brings AMEXIO the valuable skills of XENIT’s experienced R&D team, which will join AMEXIO Group to further strengthen its software and SaaS development expertise.
