The project started with the implementation of a document management system (DMS) application and continued with the development of workflows to address specific needs: loan subscription requests, banking management actions (address changes, unlocking requests), client follow-ups, and more. Over the course of four years, AmeXio has already developed around twenty workflows dedicated to these business processes.
To achieve this, Crédit Mutuel Arkea created an internal business process management entity and outsourced the creation of the various workflows to AmeXio, using the Filenet tool. To help ensure better software adoption, AmeXio also provides training for employees.
In the banking sector, AmeXio demonstrates a dual expertise: technical (in Filenet) and business-related (knowledge of legal obligations associated with actions). Experts with these dual profiles act as a bridge between IT teams and business teams.
In cases of technical risks for more complex production deployments or with general implementation, AmeXio experts are ready to jump in and support Arkea remotely, or on-site in either Brest, the headquarters of Crédit Mutuel Arkea, or to its subsidiaries in the Paris region.
